Our philosophy is simple — hire a team of diverse, passionate people and foster a culture that empowers you to do your best work.
Head of Customer Experience
We're looking for someone who comes from the target customer background we serve: a birth worker, life coach focusing on parents, or other wellness professional with first-hand training and experience in supporting families. This person will be responsible for engagement, logistical operations, and experience satisfaction of our network of Expert members, whose growing number includes doulas, sleep coaches, life coaches, and more. This Head of CX will also provide the first layer of customer support for both the Parent side and the Expert side of our marketplace platform, responding to customer questions, assisting them when issues arise, and building the processes around improving our product and customer support systems.
This team member will assist the CEO with the two key pillars for Summer 2023: (1) Launch a product that experts will pay to use; and (2) grow our 2-sided audience of paying and non-paying customers. Projects will be diverse in skills required and strengths grown: examples include target customer research, setting up sales meetings, coordinating user research projects, internet research and analytical synthesis, and assistance with social media and other content responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers.
We're looking for someone who creates ambitious goals and delights in absolutely crushing them. This person will be responsible for setting target metrics and creating tests and experiments to influence customer acquisition, customer conversion, customer retention and customer lifetime value. The Head of Growth is part marketer, part sales hunter, and part sales farmer. You come to the table with ideas for how to hone Nessle's authentic voice and get it out into the world, and you come hungry to find ways to grow our reach and our revenue.
We're looking for a full-stack software engineer who is excited about developing and maintaining software applications that enable birth workers and parenting experts to launch, run and grow their parent-support businesses.
This person will be our first engineering hire, working directly under our CTO and, as part of an early-stage team, will need to wear many hats!
This role will work on both front-end and back-end components of our software, help optimize performance and reliability, scale with demand, and be a part of key product decisions making a huge impact on our company and mission in the process.
